How this site handles your data.
A short, plain-language account of what the contact form collects and what happens to it. No cookie banners, because there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation, and the content of your message.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you choose to submit the form.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service operated outside Zimbabwe, in the United States. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.
This means your data is transferred across borders. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly instead — the address is on our contact page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained in our email system for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of our correspondence, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the address on our contact page and we will respond.
This notice is provided in line with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12].
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page.
